Guest Lectures by Richard J. Long

As part of Long International’s ongoing commitment to educating the industry on construction claims, in November 2022, Richard J. Long, P.E., P.Eng., conducted training on “Advanced Legal Issues in Construction: Owner and Contractor Guidelines for Claims Prevention” for a graduate level class at Western Carolina University in North Carolina. He also provided a training seminar on “Schedule-Related Claims and How to Prevent Them” for the Construction Project Management graduate level class at Lawrence Technological University in Michigan.
