Biography
Denise G. Lanxton is Chief Financial Officer of Long International and has over 39 years of hands-on experience in the engineering, design/build, construction, legal, and construction claims industries.
Her expertise includes accounting processes, finance, tax filings and tax compliance, audits, cash-flow management, hedging accounts to mitigate financial risks related to fluctuation of foreign exchange rates, accurate and comprehensive financial reporting to executive management for short and long-term financial strategizing, WIP/backlog, contract administration, project controls and analyses, human resources, information technology, and operational business management for mid-size and large corporations.
She is experienced in the development, maintenance, coding, and quality control of document databases to support the evaluation of construction claims, entitlement analyses, and schedule delay analyses.
She has prepared detailed analyses of project events based upon contemporaneous correspondence and project documentation to support expert witness reports on large construction projects. In addition, Ms. Lanxton has U.S. and international experience on large and complex Department of Defense, municipal, aviation authority, and commercial projects.
